This production line can use TPU, PEVA, PVC, etc. as the main raw materials, along with other auxiliary equipment and corresponding formula processes, to coat and compound various substrates, capable of producing multi-layer co-extruded TPU, PEVA, PVC leather packaging materials, such as various leathers, tarpaulins, and leak-proof substrates. It replaces the serious pollution issues in current calendering and glazing processes, being more energy-efficient and higher in efficiency than traditional processes. The width can reach up to 6500mm.

Production line features

1. Specially designed plasticizing screw, combined with advanced production technology, features low energy consumption and high output.

2. Multi-layer co-extruded coating and composite design, completing the composite of the front and back sides of the substrate in one go.
