The production line uses specially designed extruders and casting heads to produce PVDF films through the extrusion casting method, which can be applied to PVDF films for solar cell backsheets, PVDF permeable membranes for water treatment, PVDF protective films for outdoor buildings, and other special functional PVDF films.

Features of the production line:

1. The extruder is made of special high-temperature and corrosion-resistant steel, ensuring stable extrusion of fluoroplastics.

2. In collaboration with domestic universities, the screw structure and die structure are specially designed for the uniqueness of fluorine materials, combined with special forming, winding, and other processing techniques for rationalized, industrialized, and large-scale production of fluoroplastic products.

3. The overall machine configuration is high, with practical and reasonable design, PLC touch screen control, and integrated machine interlocking control for convenience.
