Product Description
This production line uses a rate plasticizing screw, combined with advanced production processes and technologies to produce multi-layer co-extruded barrier films. It features an accurate extrusion control system and an infrared layer detection system to ensure precise control of total thickness and interlayer ratios. Various forming processes are designed for different product groups, with specially designed winding devices that offer high control precision, stable operation, convenience, and full touch screen and PLC control.
