CPE Transparent Film Production Line

This production line uses raw materials such as LLDPE, MLLDPE, LDPE, and HDPE to produce multi-layer co-extruded CPE high transparency packaging film.

Features of the Production Line

1. The screw is designed with special mixing functions and high plasticization capability, ensuring good plasticization. Combined with a long-lasting screen changer, it extends the operating time, reduces crystal points and impurities, and decreases the frequency of screen changes.

2. Fully automatic adjustment of the die head and APC control automatic thickness measuring device, online detection of film thickness, and automatic adjustment of the die head.

3. Thin-walled cooling forming rollers with a special spiral flow channel design ensure consistency in film shaping during high-speed production.

4. Equipped with a negative pressure double-chamber vacuum box and static pressure edge device, ensuring stable film melting.

5. High stability corona treatment device with low failure rate, capable of switching directions as needed, treating both sides of the film.

6. Direct online recovery of film edge materials, reducing production costs.

7. Dual-station rotary winding device, featuring both center and contact winding functions, with automatic cutting and automatic roll changing. Equipped with a multi-segment fully automatic tension control system, ensuring tension stability during film production.

8. Depending on the model width and requirements, online curing and online slitting functions can be configured, allowing for direct winding of finished products without the need for secondary slitting, saving labor and time.
