PE breathable film production line
This production line mainly uses PE breathable resin as the main raw material, and through the digestion and absorption of advanced process technology, it is processed into PE breathable film using extrusion casting and unidirectional stretching technology.
Features of the production line
1. Equipped with a professional online ear material extrusion recovery system;
2. Vertical or horizontal stretching units, advanced design, easy film guiding, stretching ratio can be adjusted according to product needs;
3. The entire machine is controlled by touch screen and PLC, with various specially designed safety buttons, making operation convenient and fast;
4. Winding tension control unit, tension measurement and control are accurate, stable, and reliable;
5. Optional online slitting unit, and can also add online printing unit to achieve automated production, saving labor costs in the process.
