Five-layer co-extruded PE cling film production line (four-axis winding system)
This production line uses LLDPE as the main raw material, mixing various grades of additives through thorough stirring, and produces self-adhesive five-layer PE cling film through an extruder.
Production line features
1. This production line can be equipped with fully automatic molds and an automatic thickness gauge with APC system, enhancing automation and improving product accuracy.
2. The winding method adopts an advanced, highly automated four-axis winding system, with touch screen operation and PLC control, static electricity film system, eliminating the need for tape, saving material and labor costs.
3. Equipped with a light curtain safety protection switch, the cutting knife has both mechanical and electrical dual protection measures.
4. Compared to two-axis winding, this winding method has features and advantages such as automatic roll change, automatic cutting, automatic paper tube loading, automatic unloading, no tail material, less labor, high speed, and high automation and production efficiency.
