This production line uses LLDPE as the main raw material, mixing various grades of additives through stirring, and produces self-adhesive five-layer PE cling film through an extruder.
Production line features
1. This production line adopts a five-layer distributor, dual-axis winding system, touch screen, and PLC control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the entire machine.
2. The winding method uses an advanced dual-axis automated winding system, touch screen operation, PLC control, and optional static film application system, eliminating the need for tape, saving materials and labor costs.
3. Equipped with a light curtain safety protection switch, the cutting knife has both mechanical and electrical dual protection measures.

Fully biodegradable PLA/PBAT cling film production line
This production line mainly produces high-tech environmentally friendly fully biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) cling film and fully biodegradable PBAT cling film.
Production line features
1. Specially designed plasticizing screw for degradable materials, combined with advanced production technology, effectively eliminates the generation of crystal points.
2. The entire machine is operated via a touch screen, PLC control, with various specially designed safety buttons that are complete, convenient, and safe.
Product features
1. Polylactic acid (PLA) film is a high-grade fully biodegradable material, low carbon and environmentally friendly. Density: 1.24~1.25g/cm3, specifications: thickness: 0.011~0.030mm.
2. PBAT film is a fully biodegradable material, with performance closest to traditional plastics, having certain breathability, product density: 1.25~1.50g/cm3, thickness: 0.011-0.030mm.
Main applications of the product
Mainly used in conjunction with environmentally friendly biodegradable trays and for wrapping and preserving high-end hotel and restaurant refrigerated products.
