This production line uses PVC resin powder as the main raw material, mixing various grades of additives through stirring, and produces self-adhesive PVC cling film through extrusion and plasticization.

Features of the production line

1. Specially designed PVC-specific molds and extrusion production forming process, ensuring stability during high-speed production and a high qualification rate of the products.

2. Embedded slitting unit, cutting and winding according to different widths and lengths of the film rolls, eliminating the need for secondary rewinding.

3. Specially designed fixed-length cutting and roll changing device and contact roller unit, making the film surface smoother and the end faces neater.

4. Advanced, highly automated four-axis winding system, which has advantages such as no tape on the shaft, automatic paper tube loading, automatic unloading, automatic roll changing, automatic venting, low labor requirement, high automation, and high production efficiency compared to two-axis and three-axis winding systems. Especially, the entire roll changing process is fast and takes a short time. It is suitable for quick roll changing of small quantities of cling film like 150-200 m/roll, as well as for large diameter mother rolls of cling film up to 8000m/roll.
