Product Description
This production line uses a casting process, with EVA resin and POE containing 30% to 33% VA as the main raw materials, to produce EVA, POE, or three-layer POE/EVA/POE solar cell encapsulation adhesive films. By changing the formula and process, it can also produce EVA interlayer hot melt adhesive films for glass.
Production Line Features
1. A professionally developed stress relief device that can effectively eliminate the stretching and residual stress generated during the production process online, thus better solving the thermal shrinkage problem of the adhesive film.
2. A specially designed low-temperature extrusion system that prevents the premature curing and cross-linking of additives while ensuring sufficient mixing and plasticization.
3. The special design of the casting forming section solves the problems of sticking rollers and peeling.
