CPP Transparent Film Production Line

This production line is mainly used for producing three-layer and five-layer co-extruded CPP, CEVA, and high barrier films containing PA and EVOH.

Features of the Production Line

1. The screw is designed with special mixing functions and high plasticizing capability, combined with a European-style static mixer, ensuring good plasticization, excellent mixing effect, and high output.

2. An automatic head adjustment and an automatic thickness gauge with APC control can be selected, allowing for online automatic detection of film thickness and automatic head adjustment.

3. Imported cooling forming rollers can be optionally equipped, with a special spiral flow channel design for cooling and shaping the film at high speeds.

4. Equipped with positive and negative pressure devices, ensuring stable film melting.

5. Edge trim of the film is directly recycled online, significantly reducing production costs.

6. Fully automatic center winding, equipped with imported tension controllers, automatic roll change and cutting, easy to operate.
