PEVA Single-layer Multi-layer Co-extrusion Casting Textured Composite Film Production Line
This production line mainly uses linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as the main raw materials, capable of producing embossed films, non-woven fabric composite films, and coating on paper surfaces.
Production Line Features
1. Two or more extruders achieve co-extrusion, directly producing multi-layer composite films through a single processing step, which has the advantages of fewer production processes, lower energy consumption, and reduced costs.
2. Whole machine PLC control, touch screen operation.
3. Winding tension control unit, accurate and stable tension measurement and control.
