EVA Solar Cell Encapsulation Film Line

This line is designed for producing EVA solar cell encapsulation film using EVA resin (including 30%-33% VA) as the main material. It also can produce EVA adhesive film for laminated glass after changing formula and technique.

Features of Machine

1.The specially-researched stress elimination device can on-line effectively eliminate the residual stress in process of production, thereby preferably solve the thermal contraction of EVA film.

2.The special designed low temperature extrusion system can ensure the sufficient mixing and plastication and also prevent the auxiliaries curing and crosslinking ahead of time.

3.The special designed cast forming part can solve the problems of sticking the roller and stripping.

We can design and manufacture the machine according to customers’ requirements.
